Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchanges within 15 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached
- Item must be purchased directly from our website
⚠️ Non-returnable items are not eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, contact us at 📧 [Your Email Here] with your order details and desired item.
Once approved, an RMA will be issued within 2–3 business days. After receiving your return, the replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
Price Differences
If the replacement item costs more, you will be required to pay the difference. If it costs less, the remaining balance will be refunded.
Out of Stock Items
If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer either store credit (valid for 12 months) or a full refund.
